Rental Procedures

Reservations: Reserve our equipment as far in advance as possible. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve items.

Delivery/Pick-up: Delivery & pick-up service is available at an additional charge at a base fee to street level. All deliveries will be picked up that evening. Upon pick-up, all items should be repacked in the same containers as delivered, table and chairs stacked, and free of all food.

Customer Pick-ups: Customers picking up rented items must pick-up in either a pick-up truck, mini-van, stationwagon or an SUV. Absolutely no cars will be permitted to be loaded with items except fun food machines.

Loss or Damage: The responsibility for the items remains with the lessor form the time of delivery to the time of return. We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items.

Rain Policy: You may re-schedule any items rented due to rain. Your deposit will then be credited to the rain date of your choice. We are not responsible for inclement weather after the rental is fallen.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL PRICES ARE PER DAY.
